@bradvido could you share the full message.log for the test run? Not sure if it really helps, bug something might turn up. Neil is correct, the trace you are seeing comes from the NetBeans -> notepad copy, not the notepad -> NetBeans one. It would also be interesting to do a run without enhanced logging, as @neilcsmith-net suggested. @istinnstudio I'm not sure what to look for. The thing that PR #6428 changes is, that one of the cases where the system clipboard is accessed now can't fail silently.
