Setting the local in `Control Panel ==> Region` to `English (United Arab Emirates) ` solves the issue, but this is not ideal, setting it to my preferred local `Arabic (United Arab Emirates) ` made the problem appear again. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
