Anyway I was able to understand how it is restored the correct behaviour (even if for very short time). CRTL+Shift+D will access the Netbeans clipboard popup, after you just need to paste one fo the presented items and magically the Windows clipboard will be accessible again... of course all of this is time consuming. To be noted that the Netbeans cliboard popup do not show as last item the last copy we did from Windows, so the bug seems to be that the Netbeans clipboard is not always listening for Windows events.
