The `refresh` is called from project''s modification event handler. It makes `readAccess`, which could eventually block - and will block the project reload sequence. In addition, the collection of project problems may also block on project reload (in Maven (regardless of #6789) and completely block the project refreshes and other project operations, as the read-lock remains in effect. A solution would be to use `postReadRequest`, as the problem collection need not to happen synchronously; this should allow the project fire event to return. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
