In general it would be helpful if people would describe _exactly_, step by step, what they expect to work. It annoys the hell out of me, that I need to guess what is being done and what steps are missing. So create a common ground. Start without a project, and without Payara. What steps need be taken to reproduce the problem in its minimal form. My gut feeling is, that the core problem is, that NB infrastructure only supports JDBC drivers, but not datasources.
