### Apache NetBeans version
Apache NetBeans 21
### What happened
When I select "j" and perform the rename field refactoring, and i click
"OK", an inconsistent behavior:
class A {
void m(){
int i= 0;
class B{
//rename j to i;
int j;
void k(){
j= i;
}
}
};
}
refactoring result:

Change from assigning local variable i to assigning itself
Expected result: Before renaming, check for naming conflicts and provide
conflict prompts
