I cannot reproduce this. I use this all the time, and I've just tried to follow your instructions with an empty userdir - works fine. Only difference is Ubuntu vs Windows, which I assume isn't the cause here. Have you been importing settings all along? Could you try with a clean userdir and cachedir - either CLI argument or rename them temporarily and restore afterwards (locations in About). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
