NetBeans 21 on JDK 11 is known to work with the old C++ plugin.
- you can get old NB versions on the archive page:
https://netbeans.apache.org/download/archive/
- current NetBeans releases do not include the old plugin portal
(pre-apache NB 8.2) anymore, some plugins on that list haven't been rebuild in
15 years and they don't support current NB releases
CND _might_ be salvaged one day under the NetBeans project but this is no
trivial task so there is no ETA for that. The other plugins weren't donated to
apache to my knowledge.
