Intermediate result: node 20 on windows behaves differently to node 20 on linux. From the debug output the node runtime does not even see the windows path, that I ask it to invoke. Maybe as a consequence no breakpoint is hit. I though there might be a trivial problem (converting file path to URI). While that is present, it can be trivially fixed under the "node runs locally" assumption.
