@BradWalker a trick is to let github do the hard work. Github will
automatically collapse comments when the quoted code changes and mark them as
`outdated`. Whats left are those which were not changed. You might have to
reload the PR in the browser for this to happen.
its also often easier to look at it through the files view
https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/8122/files, since you can grab the path
to the files from there.
