   I was working on a win 11 pro x64 today and tested the update.  I ran better 
then the currently installed win installer version.
   
   It also had and issue not finding the JaveHome setting and having to declare 
it in the config file.
   
   If there is anything else I can do just let me know.

you tested on windows arm64 and tested a setup like you described in the 
original text? So the browser was correctly opened and it was the correct
