### Description When ignoring or excluding files or folder from git, there is no way to distinguish those files visually. When committing, those files are being shown by a strikethrough, in files tabs there is no why to visualize this (of course without a strikethrough). ### Use case/motivation I use folders inside my codebase to store files that I do not want to be used by git. It would be convenient if those files or folders could be recognized in NetBeans file tab with a sign or a different font color. ### Related issues _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a pull request?
