   ### Description

When ignoring or excluding files or folder from git, there is no way to
distinguish those files visually. When committing, those files are being shown
by a strikethrough, in files tabs there is no why to visualize this (of course
without a strikethrough).

   ### Use case/motivation

I use folders inside my codebase to store files that I do not want to be
used by git. It would be convenient if those files or folders could be
recognized in NetBeans file tab with a sign or a different font color.
