### Apache NetBeans version Apache NetBeans 26 latest release candidate ### What happened After upgrading NetBeans from version 25 to 26, I encountered an issue where the 'Start' option within the Payara Server's context menu became inactive. This prevents me from starting the server. Even after importing settings from **NetBeans 25**, or when configuring a server from scratch in **NetBeans 26**, the **start menu remains disabled**. Everything works correctly in **NetBeans 25**.  ### Language / Project Type / NetBeans Component _No response_ ### How to reproduce After configuring Payara Server, right-click to display the context menu. ### Did this work correctly in an earlier version?
