URL: https://github.com/apache/netbeans/issues/8613

   ### Description

I usually use more than 1 open windows, usually 3-4, those windows include
many tabs. When I double click a file in projects, the only way to distinguish
what window is finally active is the mouse cursor in the code editor. So it is
confusing to quickly figure what is going on. It would be better if for example
there was a window highlight with a different color to visually distinguish the
active window and not trying to look for the mouse cursor.

   ### Use case/motivation

Just find out quickly what is the active window
