First commit adds support for deprecated and advanced options. - Add Option.Status for deprecated and advanced options. - Only save configuration for advanced/deprecated options if set. - Validate configuration and warn for unknown or deprecated options. Second commit improves architecture support. - Add Architecture with synonym and path parsing. - Add package.arch option to override architecture detection. - Deprecate for removal existing packager specific arch options. - Change DEB and RPM packagers to use runtime path for architecture detection. - Add architecture to macOS file names. - Improve support for cross-platform image building and testing (remove need for external tools to build images) Closes #93 Partly addresses #92 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
