While I agree with @mbien that a quick fix on delivery to get CI working again would be good as it's removed by #8661 I do think it's important to look at the "proper" fix with dependency locking before the next VSNetBeans release is rolled. I assume this affects a source release too? While we're some way off having reproducible builds of our projects, we should be able to lock third-party inclusions for the build process.
