GitHub user linkStrack created a discussion: CTRL + C PROBLEM ON WINDOWS 10

NetBeans has some issues. I like the IDE and I keep using it, although I feel
that little by little it’s becoming somewhat outdated. Now that I’m using
versions NB23 and NB26, I’ve encountered a recurring problem: when copying text
to another application outside the IDE, it simply doesn’t copy. To make it
work, I have to press CTRL + X, paste the text into a blank file within the
IDE, and then press CTRL + C to finally copy it, for example, into VS Code.
