FYI https://github.com/jvm-repo-rebuild/reproducible-central/blob/master/content/org/apache/netbeans/utilities/README.md does not solve anything on the output of the plugin, but the plugin itself is reproducible :) I'll have a look at helping on making output of the plugin reproducible: any pointer to existing discussion welcome -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
