do we want to sync the major spec version of the module with the javafx
major version?
it would show up as
```
org.netbeans.libs.javafx.linux [17.20
dev-ee51a89cf4b9875935d5b2786ff6c78cb5b65ab0]
```
right now which might be confusing. 021ebd3 did the same. (the module
version would also show up in the javafx activation dialog)
