   Unexpected exception when trying to 'Add folder' to Test Module Folders 
(java.util.MissingResourceException).
   Priority: SILENT
   Category: Error
   
   Can't find resource for bundle org.openide.util.NbBundle$PBundle, key 
LBL_TestModuleFolder_DIalogTitle.
   
   This issue is a blocker and doesn't allow to add tests to multi module 
application. Please advise. --

   1. Create New project (Java with Ant -> Java Modular Project).
   2. Go to 'Project Properties'.
