> I don’t open NetBeans via the command line either. For now, I’ve simply created a Windows Start menu entry for the project group and passed the parameter `--open-group NAME` to the .exe file. Keep it simple... Custom windows start menu entry, custom link on the desktop, doesn't matter. This is what I said, you need to configure it with the specific group that you want to open. Either you have x-netbeans windows menu entries with your group1, group2, group3 ... groupx or you need to change this everytime you want to open netbeans with another group after you closes it. If it works for you, fine and of course it is an idea. Some some other people it needs to be customizable as early as possible. For me should be the same. > Well, if you set the dashboard to always show on startup, you've got easy one-click access to project groups or to switch between light and dark LAFs. If we expanded the widget list, you could have one just for group switching. The dashboard comes after NetBeans opens the IDE and also the projects, it is in the progress of opening projects. This is IMHO to late. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service. To respond to the message, please log on to GitHub and use the URL above to go to the specific comment.
