Hi Michael, 
This is not an OFBiz issue, closing. It's not the 1st time this happens. 

When it happens check that nobody already requested help to infra

I just did and a request is pending 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-13332

In case no requests have been created you can create an infra request at 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/3 both Jira 
and Confluence being concerned.
