Need to add data for some new states.
India has 29 states and 7 Union Territory
[iso.org|https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:IN]
Need to update data as in data Union Territory also added as STATE,
use TERRITORY as GeoType for Union Territories.
