We could have them only in start and a comment in others to say to look into
start for comments if needed. [Too bad we can't easily include a properties
file in another properties

I speak only about comments for commented out properties of course. I guess not
many will miss them...
BTW since we removed the POS, I think java.awt.headless is everywhere useless.
But maybe in start in case someone ever wants to create a GUI component (good
luck)...
