Thank you [~taher] for the patch. This will be helpful :)
For ContactMechTypePurpose, IMO it should be the part of seed data because it
is the very rich defined list, applicable to most of the businesses in the
world.
By keeping it in seed data, it will be available to all the users and they will
not have overhead to copy-paste this for their custom development.
