As discussed in the proposal thread
http://markmail.org/message/rfq5gs4dhpomc3ok we can put UiLabels for errors
which are common throughout OFBiz (Eg: Order Id, Postal Code, City etc) in
CommonErrorUiLabels.xml instead of making duplicate copies in component
specific ErrorUiLabels.xml.
