The missing call-map-processors happened with
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=464599 where I guess the
implementations of the services were forgotten.
These services, which are not that simple, like createPartyContactMech, are
hard to test manually, so I will provide the Junit tests for them before
committing the whole.
