Steps to regenerate-
1) Open URL https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/sfa/control/NewLead
2) In the Create new lead form, the Lead source and the contact list label is
repeated twice.
Expected: Lead source and the contact list field should be displayed only once.
