I explored this issue and found that CSS for popup was not there in style.css,
which is style sheet of Multiflex.
<VisualThemeResource visualThemeId="MULTIFLEX"
resourceTypeEnumId="VT_STYLESHEET" resourceValue="/multiflex/style.css"
sequenceId="02"/>
I explored other theme's CSS and found that every other theme has CSS for popup
class.
I think adding CSS for popup will do the work.
