It's not lonly when you use
https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/login?USERNAME=admin&PASSWORD=ofbiz&JavaScriptEnabled=Y
but also with https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/login.
bq. What should be the correct way for OFBiz to handle login when user is
already authenticated?
Bypass the call to TOmcat SSO, the user is already signed in, so not need to
check again.
