Responding to a few things here:

[~mbrohl] Yes I think committers should be able to commit to contributions to 
the code directly instead of providing the patches since we are doing small 
changes. I think eveyone is waiting for the commits to start....:) The main 
process I put together on the wiki page was for the new people getting started 
and not familiar with our processes or the technical parts

[~taher] I've created a Global Documentation task now and using the LInk 
function to link them and specify relationship. I'll try and take a look at the 
patch and have a couple of observations. The first is a typo 
'Technology-inpdenendent"  and the second a comment on the term 'parties', this 
is a strong ofbiz specific word and at first mention it might be good to 
include an example..

[~holivier] I see that you have done an intial conversion of all the HR help 
files which I think is a better start than simply an empty file so we can use 
those as a starting point.
