Steps to regenerate:
# Go to facility component.
# Select any facility.
# Click on Inventory Xfers.
# Now click on Inventory Transfer to create new Inventory Transfer.
# Now add any product id and submit
# At "Quantity To Transfer" field add quantity more than ATP.
# See the error message. PFA for error message.
