As Deepak mentioned in r1816537, currenlty setLocaleFromBrowser is called each
time a page is refreshed.
We can use
[sessionStorage|https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window/sessionStorage]
to have it called only once by session
