Description:
As there is no support for elrte since elrte-1.3
[https://github.com/Studio-42/elRTE] it is to be replaced with some other good
editor & we found Quill Js editor as quite suitable:
* 139 releases
* Good community support of 101 contributors
* Licence - BSD 3-Clause "New" or "Revised" License
