Follow the process to find this issue:
1) Go to this link
[#https://trunk.hotwaxsystems.com/ecommerce/control/newcustomer].
2) Fill the required information about user.
3) GO to the phone number inside the country input box must be verified it's
input.
like: Type, Length
Issue:- Right now its taking any type without verifying.
