I have researched on it and after reviewing the implementation history I found
that initially menu items were added only as a placeholder. Later on, related
tickets were created for other menu items functional implementation, but for
"Documents" and "Competitors and Partners" menu items there are no tickets
created. So for now either we can remove the links or create tickets for the
implementation of "Documents" and "Competitors and Partners" functionality in
the SFA component.
