Hi Jacques,
IMO this solution should not have been suggested and committed without (deeper)
questioning. In medical profession's parlance, we have treated the symptom but
not cured the disease, as it leaves numerous similar issues with
implementations in this and other components untouched.
Moreover, this foregoes the discussions regarding AP and AR that are currently
happening in dev (AFAIR).
