Should we not 1st change the title, is it not confusing? Then we could
programmatically force the same than Adrian proposed ie set the same than
{{ignore-time-zone="false"]] for {{<date-time type="date"}}. Discalimer: I did
not read all again about tooltip and such... Or simply as you proposed close it
, but then is not an issue still there?
