I understand and accept the 'business' need to have only favourable reviews 
from the customers, but should it be in the domain of catalog and product 
management? Should this not belong in the marketing domain? And even then, 
should it not be so that those internal officers can only invoke and revoke 
publication, and without the ability to modify the comments provided? Maybe 
optionally set a start and end date for publication?
