I have also tested this on latest trunk but did not get lucky. I think this
might be fixed in another issue.
Here is the steps I used to generate:
# Login using DemoCustomer.
# Go to My Profile Page.
# Tried to generate using all the resolution available at my system.
[~Dikpal.Kanungo] , Could you please check it one more time. If it is working
fine now, we can close this ticket.
