Hi Pierre,
The problem is releases before R17 have not a common theme. For R17 I was able
to merge by hand because TortoiseSvn, helped by last Svn version, fixed the
tree conflict. it's only a name conflict, common in R17, common-theme after. I
just had to fix the rest by hand. But for R16 you would have to do it all by
hand, and sorry but I'll not. Of course any contributor could do it.
Unfortunately It's not only a matter of changing path name in the patch, you
get the same conflict I got and resolved by hand for R17.
