Did you try? because I reproduce each time on both
https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/PartyAccountsSummary
https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/AdminMain
What could I miss?
BTW I wronly applied your patch while committing for OFBIZ-9905. So you can
test it, at least today, on trunk demo at
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/accounting/control/AdminMain
