Just for information, Jira itself handles patch version so the new merged patch
can have same name *OFBIZ-7816.patch*, old ones will appear in grey color. We
don't need to add any prefix like OFBIZ-7816-2.patch, OFBIZ-7816-3.patch for
the new version.
