Steps to regenerate:
 # Login to the URL: 
[https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/NewCustomer]
 # Click on message “At least one phone number is required below”

Actual: Message can be edited. Please refer attachment: Image1.1, Image1.2

Expected: User should not be allowed to edit the message
