Agreed. The marketing campaign report should work only when there are visits or
orders exists for any marketing campaign. This behavior is working fine with
the date filter. But, without date filter, the report is generating for
marketing campaigns with zero visits/orders. Fixed the view entity
*MarketingCampaignAndVisit* to generate the report with positive visits only in
both the cases (with/without date filter).
