Steps to regenerate:
# Navigate to URL:
[https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecomseo/editShoppingList]
# Enter valid username and password
# Click on Login button
# Remove all product (if any are in the shopping list) by clicking on remove
button for each product
# Click on Create a Request For Quote link (Attachment: Image1.1)
# Click on request on header section
# Click on view link for request generated for earlier (Attachment: Image1.2)
Actual: “Customer Request Status created successfully” message is displayed and
quote request for empty shopping list is created
Expected: Quote request should not be created is shopping list is empty
