Resolution: Implemented
While working on OFBIZ-8810 I stumbled upon an issue related with
webSiteId="OrderEntry" well related by Ratnesh here.
Unlike Ratnesh I decided not to remove the webSiteId="OrderEntry" entries but
to replace them by webSiteId="WebStore".
Implemented in trunk at r1867889
