You are right these issue no longer exists. I noticed another smaller issue in
log. No website is attached so the sendOrderCompleteNotification can't be done.
Not sure it's a real issue if the sales is done locally. So this may depend on
the saling situation. I'd appreciate comments about that, anyway closing here.
