We have a form with a get method in OrderTaskList.ftl. It's used in
OrderTaskScreens.xml, but it's not used OOTB because there are no entries in
any controller. In OrderTaskScreens.xml it's only suggested to add entries in
the order controller. This dates from [deprecation of the old workflow
engine|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=665981] and I guess
should be neglected, if not better, removed in order to clarify and clean code.
