I agree with Jacques that this should be discussed in the dev list. It should
be made clear for everyone what the problem is, what the suggested solution is
and what downsides come with the solution. We should not introduce unnecessary
dependencies beetween low level components (Party) and other components
(Product) and maybe think of other solutions for requirements as shown in this
Jira.
